UltraCam Eagle featuring a user-exchangeable lens system
UltraCam Eagle • Mark 2
The UltraCam Eagle ultra-large format camera system is the only photogrammetric digital aerial sensor that features a user-exchangeable lens system.
Lens kits of four different focal lenghts allow customers to take full advantage of the entire camera footprint of more than 23,000 pixels across the flight strip at different altitudes.
From lower-altitude engineering applications to high-altitude orthophotography projects: Customers can exchange lens systems based on their mission needs.
The NIR channel facilitates the classification of vegetation, buildings & streets and water surface.
The UltraCam Eagle Mark 2 boasts proven forward motion compensation by time-delayed integration without moving mechanical parts for consistent and reliable motion blur removal.
Unwanted noise in shadowy areas of the image is significantly minimized through an unmatched signal-to-noise ratio made possible by the latest generation of custom CCD imaging sensors featuring an optimized full-well capacity.
We have built a strong reputation on the performance of UltraCam cameras and the quality of UltraCam imagery. There has never been a more exciting time to be involved in this technology and the rate of change in performance and the new applications being developed is truly unprecedented.

Latest CCD technology using a pixel size of 4.6 µm leads to a larger footprint and more efficient flying.
The UltraCam Eagle is the only sensor offering the possibility to capture 10 cm GSD at
4,000 m above the ground.
With an excellent maximum frame rate of 1 frame per 1.65 seconds, the UltraCam Eagle can capture 2 cm GSD with an overlap of 60% flying at 130 knots.
