Conny did a great job in finding solutions to protect and increase awareness of preventative methods amongst the staff against coronavirus infection. Cornelia's Vexcel story began in 2018 as an external HR Consultant. After a couple of months of consultation, she fell in love with Vexcel Imaging and in August 2019, Vexcel had its first HR Specialist. Cornelia enjoys working with so many different people all over the globe - from Graz to Spain to the US! She sees herself as a small (but we say important) part of our success story. Currently, Conny is mainly working on topics related to the Covid-19 pandemic and timely implementation of strategies to protect the Vexcel staff and ensure a safe working environment.
A current project Cornelia is working on is the digitalization and restructuring of HR documents. In her spare time, she loves traveling with her family. Her travel bag always includes a good book with which she enjoys relaxing and unwinding at the seaside. Nevertheless, Conny is a very active person with a plethora of ideas and goals. She would love to one day grow mushrooms in her garden. She also has many destinations on her bucket list, such as hiking into 'The Wave' that belongs to Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness.
