Meet Martin, who's been with us at Vexcel Imaging since December 2017. He's a vital part of our team, working as an Implementation & Support Engineer. Martin's job is to help our customers get the most out of our high-tech cameras and software. He's an expert on everything from setting up the equipment to teaching users how to use it effectively. Whether it's fixing a technical problem or giving a training session, Martin is always there to make sure our customers have a smooth experience.
One of Martin's strengths is his ability to make complex technology easy to understand. He's really good at talking to customers and helping them feel comfortable and confident in using our products. He enjoys solving problems directly with our clients, giving them the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Martin loves the variety of his work. It connects him closely with both the technology we create and the people who use it. Currently, Martin is focusing on the UC Condor 4.1, a high-end camera project for VDP (Vexcel Data Program). He's testing it, making sure it's calibrated perfectly, and ready for use. He recently became the expert of UltraMounts, a key part of our camera setup, where he collaborates closely with the development team and our partners to ensure these mounts meet our high standards of reliability and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Martin is just as passionate about his personal life. He values the time he spends with his family, above all. For relaxation and fitness, he enjoys outdoor activities like sailing, cycling, and jogging. These hobbies help him maintain a balance between his busy professional life and personal well-being.
