More InformationThe rectangular PAN channel produces highly accurate DSMs, DTMs and ortho images through dense matching. All needed data can be derived from a single Condor 4.1 flight.
With an impressive across-track footprint of 48,462 pixels, the UCC 4.1 has a very wide, high-resolution RGB array resulting in a high flying efficiency.
The UCC 4.1 enables the collection of larger regions - such as countries or even continents - in record time and generates images of highest quality standards.
The CMOS-based architecture enables a fast frame rate of 1 frame per 0.7 seconds, allowing customers to operate the system reliably with jets and turboprops at fast speeds.
4th generation superior data quality.
The UltraCam Condor 4.1 boasts completely new electronics to manage the extensive amount of data collected by the CMOS sensors and still maintain outstanding image dynamic. New custom-designed lenses ensure imagery of exceptional sharpness, resolution, and contrast. Learn more about our lens technology here.

Gain valuable insights into the key features and characteristics of the UltraCam Condor 4.1.
Adaptive Motion Compensation in all directions.
The innovative Adaptive Motion Compensation (AMC) method addresses motion blur caused by multi-directional camera movements during the flight. Utilizing a unique software-based approach is a game changer for the industry. The difference between no motion compensation and AMC is demonstrated in the picture below by moving the arrow to the left and right.
Backward compatibility with UltraMap.
The Condor 4.1 is fully integrated into the UltraMap workflow. Significant changes in the processing software allow better accommodate high-altitude data.
Increased user-friendliness through design updates.
Among other enhancements, the UltraCam Condor 4.1 features a small form factor with an optimized camera head, extending aircraft options to even smaller planes. The ridged cylinder design enables precise installation to the mount. Ergonomic handles and more robust ports increases overall ease of use.
"We found that the Condor 4.1 offers the highest rate of production possible to cover an area for ortho imagery. The Condor’s fast frame rate enables us to operate the camera in a jet or a fast turboprop aircraft and shoot with 85% overlap. The capability for fast coverage of an area has become a valuable asset in times when recurrent data capture is demanded. The Condor is a perfect tool to combat traffic and weather challenges and capture excellent data on time."
