New Sales Partner for Morocco & Dem. Rep. of the Congo

Vexcel Imaging announces a new partnership with Lumensea, based in Boissy L’Aillerie in France. The company will assist Vexcel in selling UltraCam aerial cameras and UltraMap processing software in Morocco and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Cyril Juge, CEO and founder of Lumensea, has more than 20 years of experience in aerial surveying and in 2020, the time was right for him to start his own company - Lumensea. “After more than 20 years working in France with the three largest French surveying companies, as well as abroad, especially in Africa, it was obvious for me to create Lumensea to share this experience of more than 6000 flight hours in aerial surveying,” explains Cyril.

Cyril conducted his first missions with a film camera and experienced the digital boom in France in the early 2000s. Over time, Cyril gained broad experience with different sensors and brands, and Engelbert Breg, Vexcel Sales Director for Europe, Africa, and Latin America, became aware of his valuable expertise and offered him the opportunity to become a Vexcel Sales Partner in Morocco and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. “We are happy to have Lumensea join our UltraCam Family and are looking forward to this partnership! Lumensea assists aeronautical companies in a wide range of areas, such as safety and compliance management (PART SPO, NCC, NCO, CAT), survey operations, civil and military clearance on French territory, training and technical support on airborne mapping systems, image data processing, consulting on the purchase/sale of specialized aircraft (airplanes, helicopters) and their equipment under Supplemental Type Certificates.
